Repeat Prescription Requests
To improve patient safety the GP Partners have decided repeat prescription ordering by telephone will no longer be available as of Monday 9th January 2017.

As of Thursday 19 January 2017 our dispensary query line will be open 9.30 - 12.30. Please note this line is for dispensary queries only and will not be available for ordering repeat prescriptions as above.
Practice closures due to Staff Training
The Practice will close at 12.00 noon on Wednesday 18 January 2017, the Practice will re-open on Thursday 19 January 2017.

Adult Flu Clinics
We still have flu vaccines available for eligible patients, please speak to a member of the reception team to book your appointment.
View your Medical Records Online
The Hedon Group Practice offer patients the opportunity to view areas of their medical records online using the system Patient Access.
If you would like to view your medical record, you will need to read our Information Leaflet (FAQ), and request a consent form at Reception. Please bring photo ID with you when submitting your consent form (e.g. a passport, driving licence).
Your medical record will be available for online viewing no later than 28 days from your request.

Friends and Family Test (FFT)
The FFT is a feedback tool which offers patients of NHS-funded services the opportunity to provide feedback about the care and treatment they have received.
The FFT tool combines a simple question, asking patients how likely they would be to recommend the service they have received to their friends and family; with at least one complementary follow-up question to enable patients to provide further detail about their experience.
To provide your feedback, please click on the "Friends and Family Test" link on the right navigation pane under the "Have your say" section OR ask at reception for a form.
On Line Appointment Booking now available
We now have a range of appointments that can be booked (or cancelled) on line. Please complete the necessary documentation available from reception.
To reduce the number of missed appointments we are now sending patients a text message containing their appointment details when a booking is made.
A further message will also be sent 48 hours before the appointment is due as a reminder.
All patients aged over 65 are eligible for a pneumonia vaccination. This is a single injection that provides lifelong protection. If you will be aged 65 or over on 31st March 2016 and have not been vaccinated, please book via reception.
